We track prices from Linda's Electric Quilters, Amazon, and Walmart so you can see where the best deal is without opening twelve tabs on your phone while standing in a quilt shop parking lot — which is exactly the situation that created this site.

Prices are updated automatically every day at 5 AM Eastern Time. You'll see the last verified date on each comparison page. Prices on retail sites can change at any time — flash sales, price drops, out-of-stock situations — so we always recommend clicking through to confirm the price before you buy.

We currently compare prices across three retailers: Linda's Electric Quilters (lindas.com), Amazon (amazon.com), and Walmart (walmart.com). We chose these three because they're the most widely accessible for US quilters and have the broadest batting selection online. We only include official store prices — no third-party marketplace sellers with inflated prices.

We currently track Hobbs Batting, The Warm Company (Warm & Natural), Pellon, Quilters Dream, and Bosal Katahdin. We're adding brands over time based on reader requests — if you'd like to see a brand added, let us know via the newsletter.

Some batting products aren't carried by every retailer. Linda's specializes in quilting supplies so they carry a wider selection of specialty batting; Walmart carries the more mainstream brands and sizes. "Not listed" means that product simply isn't available at that retailer — it's not out of stock, it's just not sold there.
